Orders exceeding €50 (excluding taxes and shipping) qualify for free shipping within select countries in the European Union and United Kingdom. Other terms and conditions may apply and all final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed upon checkout.


As of December 3rd, all orders are shipped within Europe unless otherwise stated on a particular product page and processed within 1 hour of placing your order. If you would like to cancel an order, please call +44 (1174) 565 034 within 1 hour of placing your order so that we can help you update your order. After 1 hour of placing your order, we can no longer intercept your package and no exceptions or refunds will be made.

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.


All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Makartt warehouses across the world. You may receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your credit card will be charged upon checkout.


When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number on the email or on the website, click on "Track a Package" at the bottom of the page. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from Makartt to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Makartt to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.


Makartt offers shipping insurance through Route Protection. If you have placed your order with Route Protection shipping insurance on your package, any losses and claims can be directly claimed through Route. If you have not added Route Protection, we regret that we are unable to help you process any replacements or refunds related to shipping delays, losses, theft or damages.
